To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution.

Provide technical leadership to enterprise customers through a range of pre-sales support functions including, supporting product evaluations, pre-sales technical consultation, post-sales support advocacy, and proactive needs analysis.

Deliver Solutions according to customer needs. Deliver technical presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences ranging from IT staff to the executive. Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and road map information.

Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must, CRM and GP dynamics are a plus.

Responsible to help to sell the company’s software products ex. (MS, OVS, OLP, OEM, Kaspersky, and other MS Software’s). Create new opportunities with the sales team, new forecasting with the new customers, and existing customers.

Provide customers with new quotations and negotiate with them. Maintain long-term relationships servicing the existing customers and build new relationships with new customers.

Deliver Sales Presentations to high-level executives. Follow up with the customers after the sales and service. Prepare all the tenders’ documents and follow up on the deadlines of the tenders.

Handle all the operation process inside the company end – to – end process. Reach potential customers through cold calling, face- to- face meetings, and webmail applications.

Solve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Follow up with the collection team and logistics team and for illustrating the due date. Update all the active and maintain the details on Client Relationship Management (CRM).

Researching and identifying prospective suppliers. Validate and confirm with the LOBs Technical teams, the quantity and specifications required per purchase order.

Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations. Update on a regular basis “Suppliers’ master data file” & ensure that all new suppliers are added with all their contact details. Perform on a regular basis supplier’s performance using an evaluation form.

Maintain an efficient filing system for all purchase documentation per project, for tracking and generating reports on a need basis by superiors. Handle and follow-up on the full cycle of product/equipment in the Repair and Return process.

Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions. Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.

Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
